Job Title: Corporate Business Development

Job Purpose

The Corporate Business Development plays a critical role in driving in-store sales, generating corporate leads, and promoting premium chocolate products and services. This customer-facing position bridges retail experience with B2B engagement, aiming to elevate brand presence and revenue through strategic upselling, corporate outreach, and tailored service offerings.

Key Responsibilities

1. Corporate Sales Lead Generation & Conversion

  • Identify and engage potential corporate clients visiting the café.
  • Present bulk gifting, custom corporate boxes, and personalized branding solutions.
  • Build and maintain a structured database of corporate leads for follow-up and relationship management.
  • Convert in-store leads into long-term corporate accounts.

2. Client Office Visits & Follow-Ups

  • Visit client offices to present samples, catalogs, and discuss custom gifting solutions.
  • Follow up on in-store and event leads with timely communication and tailored proposals.
  • Secure recurring corporate orders through relationship building.

3. Custom Orders & Personalization Consultant

  • Handle customer inquiries about customized branding, and packaging.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure personalized orders are processed accurately and on schedule.
  • Ensure premium service standards and client satisfaction throughout the order lifecycle.

4. Catering Services Sales

  • Promote the café’s catering services to corporate clients and event organizers.
  • Conduct tasting sessions and presentations to highlight quality and creativity.
  • Generate event bookings and collaborate with catering and operations teams for seamless delivery.

Qualifications & Skills
