Position

Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Identify and develop relationships with architects, consultants, specifiers, and project influencers.
  2. Ensure company products are specified in upcoming projects across target sectors (residential, commercial, industrial, etc.).
  3. Provide product presentations, technical support, and guidance to decision-makers in the project lifecycle.
  4. Track projects from design to execution, coordinating with internal sales and execution teams.
  5. Work closely with the marketing and technical team to develop customized proposals and solutions.
  6. Maintain and update CRM/database with project specifications and contacts.
  7. Achieve sales targets by converting specified projects into successful orders.
Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Business
  2. 2-5 years of experience in specification or project sales (preferably in building materials, MEP, lighting, HVAC, etc.).
  3. Strong existing network with consultants, architects, or project decision-makers is a plus.
