Job description

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our growing team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will play a key role in expanding AMAN’s footprint in the UAE market by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and promoting our comprehensive portfolio of consultancy and digital transformation services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities across target sectors including government, finance, telecom, and enterprise.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Develop and deliver impactful presentations and solution proposals that clearly communicate AMAN’s value proposition.
  • Prepare and respond to RFPs, tenders, and client requirements, ensuring timely and high-quality submissions.
  • Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to align solutions with client needs and ensure feasibility.
  • Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and contribute to the overall revenue growth in the UAE market.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to identify new opportunities and enhance AMAN’s offerings.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, forecasts, and pipeline updates in CRM tools.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, IT, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of proven sales experience in IT consultancy, software solutions, or digital transformation services.
  • Demonstrated success in generating and closing business deals within the UAE market.
  • Strong network within the UAE public and private sectors.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of working independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to travel within the UAE and GCC region as required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Professional certifications in sales, business development, or project management (e.g., PMP, CSM).
  • Experience working with offshore or cross-border teams in a consultancy and software development environment.
  • Knowledge of regional regulatory and compliance standards.
