Desired Candidate Profile

1. 2 years of experience in sales and marketing, particularly in Artificial Grass and SPC/LVT Flooring products
2. Proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets
3. Strong understanding of Artificial Grass and SPC/LVT Flooring products and market trends
4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
6. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
7. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
