Job Summary:

SamTech ME Group is seeking an Arabic Speaking Sales Executive reporting directly to the CEO. The basic responsibility will be to sell the products and services offered by the company. The successful candidate should meet all sales objectives, handle all administrative aspects of the sale including finding leads, introducing over the phone, conducting meetings, and following up until order confirmation.


Responsibilities:

  1. Develop a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
  2. Prepare action plans by individuals as well as by team for effective search of sales leads and prospects.
  3. Initiate and coordinate development of action plans to penetrate new markets.
  4. Provide high-level direct client contact.
  5. Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
  6. Develop new markets as needed.
  7. Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company's customer base and ensures its strong presence.
  8. Set objectives, train, and monitor the performance of sales representatives.
  9. Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
  10. Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
  11. Provide timely, accurate, competitive pricing on all completed prospect applications submitted for pricing and approval, while striving to maintain maximum profit margin.
  12. Assist sales team with meetings and sales closing.
  13. Conduct market research.
  14. Keep updated on the market and our products.
  15. Follow up on customer inquiries.
  16. Receive customer inquiries and complaints.
  17. Update weekly reports for existing clients, prospective contacts, and in-funnel accounts.
  18. Proven commitment to follow through on what you begin is essential.
  19. Any other work-related tasks that may arise as per the HoD instructions.
  20. Additional Responsibility: As assigned by the Department Head.

Key Skills:

  1. Ability to speak Arabic & English fluently.
  2. Outstanding verbal, written communication, and presentation skills.
  3. Experience selling to and working in conjunction with all levels of professionals.
  4. Motivated by success.
  5. Persistent and resilient.
  6. Integrity, honesty, and trustworthiness.
  7. Additional international language skills are an advantage but not essential.
  8. Confident, self-motivated, and commission-driven.
  9. Friendly personality and team player.

Minimum Educational Qualification: Bachelors in Business Administration or Marketing.


Minimum Experience: 2-3 Years.
