Job Description

Identify potential clients through cold calling, telemarketing, networking, referrals, and social media platforms.

Promote residential and commercial properties (off-plan and ready), conduct viewings, and present investment opportunities to clients.

Stay updated with Dubai’s real estate trends, developers, pricing, and competitors to provide market insights to clients.

Maintain long-term relationships by offering end-to-end real estate advisory services—from initial inquiry to closing the deal.

Assist in preparing MOUs, SPA, and coordinate with the admin team for compliance and documentation (RERA forms, DLD process).

Regular follow-ups with clients via calls, WhatsApp, and emails. Keep records updated on CRM for leads, visits, offers, and feedback.

Coordinate with team members, marketing, and mortgage advisors to close deals smoothly.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Proven experience in real estate sales (1–3 years preferred)
• Strong knowledge of Dubai’s property market
• UAE driving license is a plus
• Fluency in English; other languages (Hindi, Arabic, Russian, etc.) are a bonus
• Presentable, motivated, and goal-driven personality
