Job description

Role Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and referrals
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and later existing clients
  • Present and demonstrate products or services to prospective customers effectively
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales to achieve or exceed sales targets
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline progress (Vision)
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions
  • Provide exceptional customer service and follow up to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven success and experience in sales or business development
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales tracking tools as well as general computer skills
  • Experience in industry-specific experience, if applicable, is preferred but not required
