Position Title: Sales Executive

Location: Tashkent, Uzbekistan

Preferred Nationalities: Uzbekistan, Russia

Languages: Uzbek, Russian (fluent)

Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and result-driven Sales Executive to join our team in Tashkent, Uzbekistan. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving sales in the region. This role requires someone with strong communication skills in both Uzbek and Russian, a proactive attitude, and a passion for meeting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate new business opportunities through prospecting and cold calling.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
  • Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Negotiate and close deals, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for product delivery and customer support.
  • Prepare and submit sales reports and forecasts to management.
  • Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to identify new sales strategies.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Fluency in Uzbek and Russian is required.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated with a drive to succeed.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Previous experience in B2B or B2C sales is a plus.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Knowledge of the local market and business culture is advantageous.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in a sales role within the region (Uzbekistan or Russia).
  • A diploma or degree in business, marketing, or related fields.
