Job Description: Sales Executive

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to join our team. The role involves:

  1. Developing sales opportunities by reaching and identifying potential accounts.
  2. Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish relationships and set up meetings.
  3. Identifying decision-makers within targeted leads to initiate the sales process.
  4. Generating leads and maintaining a customer database.
  5. Making outbound follow-up calls to existing clients and pursuing new opportunities.
  6. Handling inbound prospect calls and converting them into sales.
  7. Following up with customers and closing leads effectively.
  8. Possessing basic knowledge of IT sales and quickly learning the company’s products/services.
  9. Promoting the company’s products/services to meet client objectives.
  10. Developing strategies and building market presence in the region.
  11. Building long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
  12. Having at least 5 years of experience in sales.
  13. Demonstrating excellent customer-facing skills.
  14. Having mandatory knowledge of IT sales.
  15. Exhibiting excellent written, oral, and presentation skills.
  16. Being self-motivated and target-oriented.
  17. Holding a bachelor’s degree or diploma.
