Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated Outside Sales Executive to aggressively drive new business and sell Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC). This is a true hunter role, perfect for someone who thrives on closing deals and building long-term client relationships.

Responsibilities:

  1. Identify, prospect, and close new AMC contracts with commercial and residential clients.
  2. Conduct face-to-face meetings, cold calls, and site visits to generate leads.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and facility managers.
  4. Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
  5. Provide clients with tailored maintenance solutions based on their needs.
  6. Negotiate contracts and ensure proper documentation.

Requirements:

  1. Must have own vehicle (fuel provided).
  2. Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or a similar hunter role.
  3. Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  4. Self-driven, highly motivated, and results-oriented.
  5. Previous experience in real estate sales is a plus but not required.
  6. Good communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
