Job summary

GEELY UAE is seeking an experienced Automotive Sales professional to enhance its sales team's success. The role includes building customer relationships, exceeding sales targets, and promoting the GEELY UAE product range. Candidates should have at least 3-4 years of automotive sales experience, preferable fluency in Arabic, and a friendly, result-oriented approach to teamwork.

Qualifications

  • At least 3 – 4 years of experience in Automotive sales.
  • Preferably Arabic speaker.
  • Friendly with adaptability to teamwork.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure proper and accurate processing of paperwork & documentation.
  • Meeting and exceeding fleet sales and profitability targets of the department.
  • Develop and maintain customer relations and ensure customer business growth.

Job description

Job Purpose:

To contribute to the success of the sales team and the organization in achieving the vision of the Sales Department and Geely UAE by contributing to expanding the customer network by achieving sales and distribution targets by providing consistent consultative selling.

Job Description:

• Making all deliveries of vehicles a special occasion and ensuring that all features and benefits are demonstrated and explained in detail.

• Liaise with the bank and insurance companies to obtain favorable deals for the customer and the company.

• Ensure proper and accurate processing of paperwork & and documentation.

• Utilize the company’s database for prospecting, repeat sales & and referrals.

• Ensure the prevailing pricing structure is adhered to at all times.

• Meeting and exceeding fleet sales and profitability targets of the department.

• Successfully responsible for effectively implementing and monitoring the effectiveness of marketing activities.

• Responsible for the continuous improvement in efficiency, quality, and adherence to the Quality Management System.

• Present and demonstrate the GEELY UAE product range to meet each customer’s corporate requirements, per the GEELY UAE Sales certification program and the GEELY UAE Sales process modules.

• Communicate and meet with customers on a regular basis with regard to promoting GEELY UAE Brand and its products.

• Develop and maintain customer relations and ensure customer business growth.

Candidate Specifications:

  • At least 3 – 4 years of experience in Automotive sales.
  • Preferably Arabic speaker.
  • Friendly with adaptability to teamwork.
  • Result oriented.
  • Networking / Relationship Building.
