EMEAA Talent Partners is hiring on behalf of a leading global FMCG company to appoint a high-performing Sales Executive to manage the sale of food commodities into top retail partners in UAE. This hybrid role offers the flexibility of remote and on-site work, while playing a key role in driving growth for a global food leader.

About the Client:

Our client is a leading global FMCG company with a strong legacy in food production and distribution. Renowned for its quality standards, operational excellence, and market-leading position, the company is committed to expanding its retail footprint across the UAE by strengthening its offering in the food commodity segment.

The Role:

As Sales Executive – Food Commodities (Retail), you will be responsible for managing and growing retail accounts, selling high-demand food commodities, and ensuring consistent volume growth through strategic customer engagement. The role combines remote work flexibility with on-the-ground retail visits and commercial execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sell food commodity products into major UAE retailers.
  • Manage customer relationships and execute account-specific promotional plans.
  • Deliver on sales targets, trade terms, and volume commitments.
  • Monitor market trends, pricing, and competitor activities across key channels.
  • Collaborate with supply chain and category teams to ensure timely execution.
  • Operate in a hybrid model, with regular field visits and customer meetings.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Fluent in English; Arabic language skills are a strong plus.
  • Solid understanding of the UAE retail landscape and food distribution channels.
  • Proven experience in customer-facing roles with strong commercial instincts.
  • Skilled in negotiation, relationship-building, and solution-oriented selling.
  • Comfortable working in a hybrid setup – combining office, remote, and field work.
  • Based in or open to relocating to Abu Dhabi.
