About the Role

We’re seeking a Sales Executive who is driven, personable, and excited to be part of a mission-led brand that’s changing how people work and connect. You’ll be at the front line of introducing clients to our unique offerings, helping them find their perfect space, and growing our community of ambitious professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Generation & Prospecting : Identify and engage potential clients through referrals, inbound leads, events, and partnerships.
• Sales Conversion : Deliver engaging tours and pitches, showcasing how The Place adds value beyond workspace. Convert leads into memberships, private office rentals, meeting space bookings, virtual office and events space.
• Client Relationship Management : Build trust and rapport with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored workspace solutions that grow with them.
• Market Intelligence : Stay updated on the co-working and flexible office space landscape to ensure The Place remains ahead of market trends.
• Sales Reporting : Keep CRM systems updated with leads, activity logs, and performance data. Report on KPIs and contribute to forecasting efforts.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with community managers, marketing, and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding and exceptional member experiences.

Requirements

2–5 years of sales experience, ideally in real estate, hospitality, or business centre / flexible office environments

Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with a customer-first mindset

Fluent in English (spoken and written); Arabic is a plus

Tech-savvy and familiar with CRM tools (e.g., Nexudus, HubSpot, Salesforce)

Energetic, target-driven, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
