Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Purpose:

  • Promote and sell new car models.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction with showroom services.

Job Responsibilities/Accountabilities:

  • Greet customers and identify their vehicle requirements.
  • Explain vehicle features, performance, and benefits to potential buyers.
  • Provide information about A&S services, including car registration, insurance, and after-sales support.
  • Suggest optional equipment and accessories to enhance customer purchases.
  • Achieve sales targets set by the Vice Chairman & Managing Director and the Sales Manager.
  • Compute and provide sales quotations, including discounts and financing options.
  • Advise customers about the current and future availability of new car models.
  • Coordinate vehicle delivery with the New Car Storekeeper.
  • Work closely with the Customer Relations Representative (Sales) for car registration and insurance processing.
  • Follow up with potential customers to convert inquiries into successful sales.
  • Perform other duties as requested by the Sales Manager or Branch Manager.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in sales, preferably in a car sales environment.
  • Skills & Abilities:
    • Fluency in English is essential; Arabic is preferred.
    • Strong customer service and communication skills.
    • Good understanding of automotive sales, financing, and warranty services.
    • Must be computer literate with experience in CRM and sales management software.
