We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our retail segment team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in driving sales growth, building strong customer relationships, and expanding our market presence in the food industry.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets in the retail food sector
- Conduct regular audits to monitor the shelf space allocated & Track visibility
- Execute promotional plans
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales approaches accordingly.
- Monitor pricing trends for brands in the market to identify fluctuations
- Collaborate with the marketing and supply chain teams to ensure product availability and promotional support.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts to inform management decisions.
- Attend trade shows and industry events to network and promote the brand.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role in the food retail industry.
- Strong understanding of retail sales principles and customer service techniques.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
