Sales Executive

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Outdoor Salesman to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting potential clients, and closing sales in an outdoor setting. This role requires excellent communication skills, persistence, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Actively seek out and engage potential customers in assigned territories.
2. Present, promote products/services using persuasive sales techniques.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
4. Conduct product demonstrations and provide detailed information about product benefits.
5. Meet and exceed sales targets and performance goals.
6. Gather feedback from customers and provide insights to improve sales strategies.
7. Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and follow-ups.
8. Work closely with the sales team and management to develop and implement sales strategies.
9. Stay up to date with industry trends, competitors, and new product launches.

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements:

1. Proven experience in outdoor sales, direct sales, or a related field.
2. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
4. Excellent customer service skills and a results-driven approach.
5. Physical stamina to travel and work outdoors for extended periods.
6. Valid driver's license and has own car.
