Job Description

We are currently seeking passionate and dynamic guest-focused Sales professionals who pride themselves on delivering extraordinary customer service and providing creative solutions to our guests.

As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for implementing all sales activities and maximizing business opportunities within your specific area of responsibility under general guidance and supervision. Your role involves generating and maintaining customers of defined accounts and areas through sales activities such as face-to-face sales calls, telephone calls, or entertainment. Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining high exposure for the hotel through direct sales
  • Ensuring comprehensive coverage of your portfolio, engaging all account levels for client servicing, achieving targets, and maximizing productivity
  • Implementing and executing sales objectives and action plans to meet and exceed set targets
  • SOLICITING and serving transient and group business and meetings
  • Adhering to selling strategies during negotiations and maximizing upselling opportunities
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the property's unique selling points, features, amenities, services, and policies
  • Formulating corporate offer letters, yearly contracts, and other business correspondence
  • Providing feedback on market conditions, competition trends, and customer preferences through direct sales, calls, and direct mail
Skills
Education, Qualifications & Experiences

Preferably holding a degree in sales & marketing with at least two years of postgraduate experience in a similar role. Good computer skills and fluent English are essential.
