Position Overview :

The Sales Executive will be based in Dubai, managing the Saudi market with a focus on achieving sales targets, building new business, managing key accounts across the Kingdom, and maintaining strong relationships within these accounts as a single point of contact.

Responsibilities :

  1. Manage prospective and existing customers within KSA.
  2. Achieve assigned sales targets within the region and strategic accounts.
  3. Develop strategies to acquire new business and meet growth targets.
  4. Present value propositions to prospects within KSA.
  5. Engage with clients to identify needs and provide product information, demonstrations, and quotations.
  6. Prospect daily to increase wallet share, leveraging referrals and working with channel and inside sales teams.
  7. Create and update a dynamic territory plan highlighting targets and opportunities.
  8. Research and develop sales presentations tailored to customer needs.
  9. Maintain thorough knowledge of products, sales strategies, pricing, and policies to respond effectively to customer requests.
  10. Manage overall client relationships and develop business from existing clients.
  11. Accurately forecast sales, maintain records, and prepare reports.
  12. Leverage marketing events and industry trade shows to enhance brand recognition.
  13. Report and document all contacts and follow up promptly with prospects.
  14. Ensure pre-sales endorsement and presentation of Entrust products.
  15. Represent the company at exhibitions, conferences, and speaking engagements.
  16. Collaborate closely with other sales team members and management.

Qualifications :

  • Diploma or Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic.
  • Regional experience within KSA.
  • Minimum 8+ years of sales experience, preferably in information security, digital identity, or related fields.
  • Experience in new account development and managing fortune-level accounts.
  • Proven track record of closing complex deals and exceeding targets.
  • Ability to act as a trusted advisor to customers.
  • Knowledge of security solutions such as Crypto, PKI, HSMs, encryption, etc., is a plus.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and sales skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and handle frequent travel.

The successful candidate should be motivated, flexible, analytical, and capable of interacting at all levels, with the ability to handle the stresses of sales and frequent travel.
