Job Description
  1. Key Responsibilities:
  2. Identify and develop new business opportunities to increase event bookings and revenue.
  3. Manage the end-to-end planning and execution of corporate and social events.
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders.
  5. Prepare event proposals, contracts, and budgets.
  6. Collaborate with operations, F&B, and marketing teams to ensure successful event delivery.
  7. Conduct post-event evaluations and implement improvements.
  8. Maintain accurate sales reports and pipeline tracking.
Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Marketing, Business, or related field.
  2. Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and event management, preferably in hospitality.
  3. Strong network and understanding of the local market.
  4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  5. Proficiency in MS Office and event management software.
  6. Flexible with work hours, including weekends and evenings as needed.
