Job description

• Meet and exceed sales targets set by the Sales Manager for all product categories. • Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to various market segments. • Generate new leads, conduct product presentations, and prepare quotes for potential customers. • Identify and pursue opportunities with both existing clients and new prospects to expand the customer base. • Actively promote and sell a comprehensive product range, including valves, pumps, PICVs, and heat exchangers. • Demonstrate product features and benefits to clients, ensuring a clear understanding of how our solutions meet their needs. • Provide technical guidance and consultative support to customers regarding product specifications, applications, and installation requirements. • Assist clients in evaluating their needs and selecting appropriate products from the portfolio. • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies and product improvements. • Identify potential markets for expansion and new business opportunities.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field. • Proven experience in sales, preferably in valves, for a minimum of 4 years. • Strong technical knowledge of relevant products and applications. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
