Job Title: SALES ENGINEER FOR STEEL AND FENCING

Location: Sharjah, UAE

Salary: 10000 AED

JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Identify new business opportunities and markets for fabrication services.
2. Understand customer needs and requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
3. Prospect, develop, follow up, and visit new and existing customers.
4. Act as primary point of contact for customers' inquiries, concerns, and technical support.
5. Possess in-depth knowledge of fabrication processes, materials, and capabilities.
6. Prepare estimates and material take-offs; negotiation skills with suppliers.
7. Collaborate with the management and production team to accurately prepare project quotations and proposals.
8. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and project details.
9. Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback.

QUALIFICATION

• Candidates should have a metal/steel fabrication sales background of at least 4 years in UAE.
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Metallurgy, or any related field.
• Proven experience in sales and business development, preferably in the fabrication industry.
• Must have knowledge of main contractors and engineering consultants in the market and have worked in a subcontractor firm.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Good English communication skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid UAE driving license.
