The Role About the Role : We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Engineer or Sales Representative with a strong background in commercial refrigeration to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of the UAE refrigeration market and a proven track record in technical sales. A valid UAE driving license is mandatory for this role.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the commercial refrigeration and cold room storage sectors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and distributors.
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products or services to existing and prospective customers.
• Conduct site visits and technical assessments to understand client needs and propose tailored solutions.
• Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits while ensuring client satisfaction.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
• Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Refrigeration, HVAC, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of sales experience in the commercial refrigeration industry within the UAE.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
• Strong technical knowledge of refrigeration systems and solutions will be an advantage.
