Job description

Opportunity for Fulltime position of Sales Engineer NAVCOM

You are expected to act as a good company representative in a highly professional manner and be a reliable consulting expert to the customers and maintain good relationships. Your responsibilities include identifying, developing, and growing the sales revenue and marketing of KDU range of Navigation and Communication products, solutions and services.

Your activities shall include but not limited to:

Execute Daily / Weekly Customer contact Plan to include new and existing customers.

Conduct online customer presentations and prepare sales/project proposals.

Actively seek and develop new opportunities with customers.

Promote sales activities, by developing and concentrating on new Key Accounts and developing business with existing Accounts.

Log and maintain updated customer profile / activities / opportunities in the CRM.

Collect customer feedback and update Sales management.

Analyze the market in order to identify future customer requirements; participate in the development of the sales strategies.

Monitor order processing, invoicing, overdue’s and follow up, if necessary.

Follow Quality Management system requirements.

What we look for:

Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics and Communication with Post Graduate Diploma/Degree in Sales Management

Minimum two years of Direct Sales experience of Electronics / IT products

Sound knowledge of Navigation & Communication product portfolio and competitor landscape will be an advantage

Previous experience of handling key Maritime clients will be an added advantage

Proficiency in written and spoken English

Excellent Relationship and Business development Skills.

Ability to work under pressure and under own initiative.
