We are seeking an energetic and enthusiastic Sales Engineer for our Modernization business based in Dubai, UAE. In this role, you will develop mutually beneficial relationships between KONE and strategically important customers, proactively generate opportunities beyond our current customer base, identify solutions, and develop processes that add value.

Responsibilities include:

  • Proactively seek new opportunities and develop customer relationships
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve complaints
  • Maintain customer and contact information
  • Manage leads, opportunities, orders, and contracts to meet sales targets
  • Identify customer needs and match them with KONE solutions
  • Pricing using approved tendering tools
  • Keep CRM updated with opportunities, tasks, and visits

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of Modernization Sales experience
  • Motivated, goal-oriented, organized, with high customer service orientation
  • Ability to interpret customer needs
  • Proven sales track record and customer focus
  • Excellent English communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • UAE experience is mandatory
