Your Role

Introduction and Job Description

The selected candidate will be responsible for developing profitable sales within the Industrial Air Division in the UAE. The candidate will aim to meet company goals in sales volume and profitability while expanding our customer base and serving existing customers with our extensive product portfolio.

This position reports to the Business Line Manager – Industrial Air Division.

The main responsibilities include:

  • Implementing division’s sales and marketing strategies locally.
  • Achieving sales targets by promoting our portfolio to current and new customers within the assigned territory.

Key responsibilities:

  • Ensuring each product receives fair market exposure.
  • Increasing market share through proactive sales management.
  • Providing regular market, competitor feedback, and product knowledge updates.
  • Timely reporting on sales activities and market information.
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key customers.
  • Providing accurate sales forecasts using CRM tools.
  • Fostering good teamwork and collaboration with other divisions to leverage synergies.
  • Planning and prioritizing sales activities to meet business objectives.

Supporting sales processes:

  • Providing sales data and utilizing sales tools recorded in reports via CRM.
  • Engaging in all types of sales calls/channels (in person or digital).
  • Staying updated on product features and benefits to effectively sell value.
  • Coordinating with the aftermarket team to ensure excellent after-sales service and customer satisfaction.
Requirements to Succeed

Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years of proven sales experience in selling high-quality industrial machines, preferably air compressors.
  • Experience with Atlas Copco products is an advantage.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Market knowledge of UAE is essential.
  • Fluent in English (verbal and written); knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
  • Proficient in MS Office tools.
  • Strong technical and engineering background.
  • Experience in negotiating commercial terms.

Educational Background:

Graduate in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
