What's the Role?

As a Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for generating sustainable sales revenue and maximizing Hilti’s share of business with Façade stakeholders in the UAE through systematic account development. By doing this, you will create sustainable business relationships with high-level contacts and present the Hilti value proposition and differentiation to decision-makers to secure business.

What does the role involve?

As a Sales Engineer, you will develop accounts with key strategies and action plans. You will steer sales and business development activities, defining and driving actions that lead to increased market share in the Facade industry. Additionally, you will identify business opportunities to enable local application and secure profitable growth across various product lines, while expanding the customer base.

What you need is:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Structural, or Mechanical Engineering
  • Strong communication skills with fluency in English; Arabic is a plus
  • Minimum 2 years' experience within the Façade industry
  • Valid UAE Driving license is mandatory
  • Senior relationship management skills to confidently engage with senior and C-level customers
  • Long-term strategic thinking to communicate targets and strategy effectively to customers, peers, and management
  • Experience in a commercial sales role in the UAE market, with proven success in selling value-added solutions to contractors/end users
  • Structured approach and effective time management skills
  • Ability to influence internal and external stakeholders
  • Self-driven, energetic, and capable of working autonomously
