Job Description
  1. Develop and execute a strategy to drive sales of AV solutions to new and existing customers.
  2. Manage and grow a portfolio of client accounts, cultivating strong, long-term relationships.
  3. Identify new business opportunities and lead efforts to convert them into sales.
  4. Conduct meetings and presentations to promote and sell AV products, systems, and services.
  5. Collaborate with the marketing team to generate leads and drive marketing campaigns.
  6. Work closely with customers to understand their technical needs and provide customized AV solutions.
  7. Provide technical consultations and presentations to customers on AV systems.
  8. Assist customers in selecting the appropriate AV solutions based on their requirements, budget, and environment.
  9. Prepare system designs, proposals, and quotations for AV installations.
  10. Demonstrate products and solutions through site visits, product demos, and trade shows.
  11. Maintain an in-depth knowledge of AV systems, products, and industry trends.
  12. Provide technical support to both customers and internal teams during the sales process.
  13. Advise on the design, integration, and implementation of AV systems, ensuring that they meet industry standards and client expectations.
  14. Provide training to clients and internal teams on AV systems and products.
  15. Coordinate with the project management and installation teams to ensure successful delivery and installation of AV systems.
  16. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through ongoing technical support and system optimization.
  17. Troubleshoot and resolve post-installation issues and provide ongoing maintenance and upgrades when necessary.
  18. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales opportunities, and project status.
  19. Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
  20. Ensure all quotations, proposals, and agreements are prepared and delivered promptly and professionally.
