Job Description

This role requires a strong blend of technical know-how and commercial acumen, particularly from candidates with a Mechanical Engineering background and 5+ years of field experience. It's for the automatic Division for aluminium.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, develop, and maintain strong relationships with industrial clients, OEMs, system integrators, and consultants.
  • Understand client requirements and propose suitable automation solutions (including mechanical-electrical integration).
  • Collaborate with internal design and engineering teams to prepare technical and commercial proposals.
  • Drive the full sales cycle: lead generation, technical presentation, quotation, negotiation, and closing.
  • Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to promote the company's automation portfolio.
  • Provide technical support before and after the sale, including troubleshooting and post-sales coordination.
  • Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and market analysis to management.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of competitor products, market trends, and industry developments.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (mandatory); additional certifications in automation, instrumentation, or control systems is a plus.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in technical sales or business development within industrial automation or related sectors (mandatory).
  • Preferred nationality Indians- with UAE Experience
  • Good understanding of automation systems (PLC, SCADA, VFDs, industrial sensors, pneumatic/hydraulic systems, etc.).
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and P&IDs.
  • Valid driving license and willingness to travel within the region.
