Job Title: Sales Engineer

  • Ability to identify potential leads & close out orders.
  • Ability to perform competitive analysis and marketing research.
  • Ability to accomplish multiple goals and deliver expected results.
  • Ability to quickly assess new situations, prioritize critical tasks, and negotiate potential deals.
  • Excellent oral and written English skills are essential; additional languages such as Arabic and German are advantageous.
  • Experience working in UAE and other GCC/North African regions.
  • UAE Driving license is mandatory.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Review & assess potential opportunities, generate leads, prepare quotations & close orders.
  • Lead sales efforts to drive growth for assigned products.
  • Manage sales forecasting and contribute to performance goal setting.
  • Establish & maintain relations with principals, manage and monitor sales to end users.
  • Develop technical knowledge to represent principals & products to clients and end users.
  • Develop & track opportunities for allocated products & principles.
  • Participate in cross-functional product development teams, assisting with sales estimates, market information, product specifications, and launch plans.
  • Source new agreements with principals as required. Prepare, follow up, and close technical and commercial offers.
