Job description
  • Conduct in-depth product demonstrations to articulate the technical features and benefits to potential clients, ensuring a clear understanding of solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to develop tailored proposals that align with client needs, leveraging technical expertise for maximum impact.
  • Analyze customer requirements and industry trends to provide insights that shape product development and strategic sales initiatives.
  • Act as a bridge between clients and the engineering team, translating customer feedback into actionable recommendations for product improvements.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations that showcase product capabilities, addressing client pain points and delivering effective solutions.
  • Assist in the design and configuration of solutions to meet specific customer needs, ensuring optimal performance and satisfaction.
  • Provide post-sales support to ensure successful implementation and customer satisfaction, fostering long-term relationships.
  • Stay updated with industry advancements and competitor offerings, enabling proactive adjustments to sales strategies.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 2 years of experience.
  • A proactive and adaptable personality, capable of thriving in fast-paced environments while managing multiple client engagements.
  • Knowledge of heavy equipment, tower crane specialized.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to identify customer needs and recommend suitable equipment.
