Job description
Job Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities in target markets including the Middle East.
Meet with customers both locally and internationally to understand requirements and offer tailored product solutions.
Drive sales of automation parts, electromechanical components, HVAC items, and related industrial supplies.
Generate inquiries through outbound efforts, follow-ups, and customer visits.
Prepare and submit quotations, follow up on offers, and close deals to meet sales targets.
Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients by offering exceptional support and consistent communication.
Manage and monitor sales support staff.
Coordinate with the procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely order execution.
Analyze customer needs and market trends to support pricing strategies and new product suggestions.
Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and vendor meetings to promote products and services.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
3-7 years of sales/business development experience in trading, export, or industrial supply environments.
Proven ability to generate sales and manage B2B customer relationships.
Knowledge of export documentation, Incoterms, and international trading practices.
Strong negotiation and communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
Willingness to travel for customer visits and business development activities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
