Job summary

Kemipex in Dubai seeks a Sales Engineer – Paints & Coatings to drive business growth across paints, coatings, and specialty chemicals. You will develop relationships with paint & coatings manufacturers, formulators, and key customers, delivering technical product solutions and supporting product approvals.

Ideal candidates have 0–3 years in technical sales, a background in chemical disciplines, and a UAE driving license.

Qualifications

• 0–3 years of experience in technical sales within paints, coatings, specialty chemicals, or related industries.
• Strong knowledge of coatings/raw materials/additives/resins.
• UAE Driving License is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow relationships with paint & coatings manufacturers, formulators, and key customers.
• Drive sales, new business development, and achieve revenue/margin targets.
• Understand customer formulations and provide technical product solutions.
• Conduct product presentations, trials, and technical discussions with customers.
• Work closely with R&D, procurement, and technical teams to drive product approvals.
• Track market trends, competitors, and new business opportunities.
