Job description

What You Will Do :

  1. Working within a great team, you will be performing an integral role providing pre and post sale technical business consulting to help drive successful adoption of Viewpoint’s solutions in the EMEA (Middle East) region based in Dubai.
  2. You will provide feedback to product management and professional services teams for proposition and process improvements, as well as advise professionals in the Architecture, Engineering and Construction (AEC) industries on how to optimize investment and adoption of our solutions.

More Detailed Responsibilities :

  1. Lead pre and post-sale consulting engagement with potential and existing customers.
  2. Use in-depth product knowledge and technical expertise to provide pre-sale consulting and facilitate customer meetings.
  3. Demonstrate proposed solutions and relate them to critical business issues and success factors.
  4. Provide post-sale ‘health check’ assessments and best practices to optimize customer deliverables.
  5. Ensure that our sales and marketing strategies, tools and collateral represent our solutions in the most effective way in our target markets.
  6. Develop use cases, demo sites and webinars to demonstrate value and drive demand for the technology.
  7. Participate and provide subject matter expertise at national and regional roadshows and events.
  8. Ensure Viewpoint’s product development strategy delivers market requirements and optimizes market penetration and position.
  9. Work closely with large strategic enterprise accounts to capture future proposition requirements to inform product roadmap.
  10. Provide regular product briefing sessions to the customer base with product management and sales teams.
  11. Provide subject matter expertise and input as required.

Travel Requirements :

Willing to travel up to 50% of the time to achieve agreed goals.

What Skills and Experience Should You Bring :

  1. Good knowledge and experience in Construction and customer-facing roles.
  2. Proven pre and post-sale implementation of project management/construction platform technologies.
  3. Understanding of project processes and workflows across the construction lifecycle.
  4. Knowledge of industry standards, workflows, data formats and interoperability techniques.
  5. Knowledge of cloud/SaaS products in one or more of the following areas: Document Management, drawing management, project information management, asset information management.
  6. Understands BIM and CDE for Construction and can articulate business benefits.
  7. A formal qualification isn’t essential, but it would be beneficial if you have a degree in a related field such as information technologies, project management, construction management, business administration, or a construction-specific degree.
  8. Proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
