Job Description

• Interpret customer requirements, gather proposals, specifications, and related documents, and liaise with stakeholders to convert specifications into cost estimates for new and existing products.
• Achieve targets and KPIs set by the Business leader.
• Identify potential retail clients, dealers, distributors, and contractors; develop relationships and create new business opportunities for pumps and other equipment.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their business objectives and challenges.
• Possess technical knowledge of water treatment systems, GRP panel tanks, solar water heaters, chillers, generators, and other MEP products (preferable).
• Maintain accurate records of target accounts, pipelines, quotes, projects, contacts, and correspondence in company databases.
• Ensure good after-sales service and support.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a similar diploma from an accredited university.
• 5+ years of sales experience within the retail and building material segment, preferably for pumps or engineered products.
• Experience in retail business/building material trading is a plus.
• Understanding of the EPC, oil and gas, mining, and industrial industries in the MENA region.
