A leading company in the technical solutions sector seeks a client-facing role requiring a Bachelor's in Electronics or Telecommunications Engineering. The position involves managing client inquiries, conducting presentations, and collaborating on projects, necessitating expertise in CCTV and communication systems. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years' experience and strong problem-solving skills, with a focus on HSE compliance.
1.Review and manage inquiries from clients.
2.Conduct regular Teams meetings to present technical and commercial solutions to clients.
3.Organize and attend in-person meetings with clients for presentations and follow-ups.
4.Visit client sites to conduct field demonstrations as needed.
5.Maintain and update the CRM with Opportunities, Leads, and Activities on a daily / weekly basis.
6.Provide field support and conduct site surveys for principals and clients.
7.Collaborate with the Projects team on Connectivity-related projects.
8.Initiate requisitions for materials and services linked to Connectivity projects.
9.Ensure compliance with HSE requirements while performing all duties.
Education, Qualifications and Experience
1.Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Electronics / Telecommunications Engineering.
2.Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
3.Knowledge and experience with CCTV, PAGA Systems, and Radio Communication Systems in the Industrial / Oil & Gas .
4.Familiarity with ATEX / IECEX regulations.
5.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
6.Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
7.Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint.
8.Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
9.Must reside in the UAE with a local driving license, preference for candidates in Abu Dhabi.
