We're Hiring : Sales Director – Secondary market

Location : Dubai, UAE

Department : Secondary Market (Ready Properties)

Are you a seasoned real estate professional with a deep understanding of Dubai’s ready property market? Kredium is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Director – Secondary market to lead and scale our secondary market operations. This is a strategic leadership role that combines hands-on execution with team development, operational oversight, and revenue accountability.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead and manage the Ready Properties Sales & Leasing division, overseeing a team of brokers.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales and leasing strategies to drive business growth and increase market share.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with investors, landlords, developers, and real estate broker networks.
  • Oversee the full sales and leasing cycle.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor high-performing agents and team leaders.
  • Collaborate with marketing, finance, and tech teams to streamline operations and improve client engagement.

Requirements :

  • 5+ years of experience in real estate sales & leasing in Dubai, with a strong track record in ready (secondary) property transactions.
  • 2+ years in a managerial or director-level role , preferably within a brokerage or developer environment.
  • Deep knowledge of the Dubai property market .
  • Proven ability to build, lead, and inspire successful sales teams.
  • Strong negotiation, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to manage both people and profit.
  • Fluency in English required; proficiency in Arabic, or another language is a plus .
  • Valid UAE driving license and RERA certification required or in process.
