Job description

As a Sales Director, you will spearhead our revenue growth, drive market expansion, and lead a high-performing sales organization. You will mentor and inspire a team of sales professionals to achieve ambitious targets while ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term business success.

In this role, you will:

Strategic Sales Leadership

  • Develop and execute a high-impact sales and business growth strategy aligned with the company's ambitious growth plans.
  • Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities, forging partnerships that drive business expansion and revenue growth.
  • Lead and optimize end-to-end sales operations, ensuring high performance, efficiency, and scalability.

Revenue Growth

  • Drive large-scale deal negotiations and secure high-value commercial agreements with key stakeholders, enterprises, and institutional clients.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with high-level decision-makers, including developers, investors, and government entities.
  • Develop a robust pipeline for new business opportunities and oversee deal closures that directly contribute to the company's top-line growth.

Sales Team Management & Leadership

  • Inspire, mentor, and lead a large, high-performing sales organization (200+ team members).
  • Build a sales culture of excellence, accountability, and motivation, ensuring teams are aligned with business objectives and revenue targets.
  • Recruit, train, and retain top sales talent, fostering a high-energy, results-driven environment.

Collaboration with Leadership & Market Expansion

  • Work closely with business strategy teams and top management (including the CEO) to shape the company's expansion roadmap and navigate new market entry strategies.
  • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to refine product-market fit, sales models, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and finance, to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.

Market Development & Competitive Strategy

  • Analyze regional market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes to refine sales strategies and identify emerging opportunities.
  • Develop localized sales playbooks, tailoring approaches based on cultural, economic, and regulatory dynamics.
  • Encourage innovation and leverage technology to enhance sales performance, customer engagement, and deal conversion rates.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive sales leadership experience, preferably in real estate, PropTech, SaaS, fintech, or high-growth industries.
  • Extensive experience working with CRMs to manage teams.
  • Proven track record of scaling sales operations, driving revenue growth, and securing large enterprise deals.
  • Experience leading and managing large sales teams.
  • Experience managing P&L and optimizing sales performance through data-driven decision-making (preferred).
  • Deep understanding of the Saudi and MENA markets, with experience in business expansion, market entry strategies, and competitive positioning.
  • Strong network and relationships within the real estate, finance, and government sectors in the MENA region (preferred).
  • Strong commercial acumen and deal-making expertise, with the ability to negotiate and close complex, high-value contracts.
  • Arabic language skills are required.
