Job Description

  • Recruit, train, and manage a team of real estate sales agents
  • Develop performance frameworks and sales targets
  • Motivate and coach team members to achieve individual and group KPIs

Sales Strategy & Execution

  • Design and implement sales strategies to meet revenue goals
  • Lead by example in client handling and high-value deal closures
  • Identify emerging projects and align sales efforts accordingly

Business Development

  • Build and maintain relationships with developers, brokers, and HNW clients
  • Partner with marketing to improve lead generation and conversion
  • Track market trends and provide data-driven insights to leadership

Operational Excellence

  • Oversee CRM and pipeline management for accuracy and discipline
  • Generate regular reports and sales forecasts
  • Ensure full compliance with RERA and internal sales policies

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership or team management role
  • Proven ability to close high-value off-plan and secondary market deals
  • Experience in building, training, and managing a high performing real estate sales team
