We’re looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Director to lead our real estate sales division in Dubai. This is a leadership role responsible for building and managing a high-performing team, driving revenue growth, and maintaining strong relationships with developers and high-net-worth clients. Key Responsibilities :

• Build, lead, and manage a team of real estate sales agents.
• Set monthly and quarterly sales targets and ensure consistent performance.
• Develop and execute strategies to generate qualified leads and close high-value deals.
• Maintain strong relationships with developers, landlords, and HNW clients.
• Review and optimize agent performance through regular coaching and reviews.
• Coordinate with marketing for campaign alignment and property promotions.
• Stay updated on market trends, pricing strategies, and competitor activity.
• Oversee sales CRM usage (Bitrix ), ensuring accurate lead tracking and reporting.

Requirements :

Minimum 5 years of real estate sales experience in Dubai, including at least 2 years in a leadership role

Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets

Strong knowledge of Dubai property market , RERA regulations, and off-plan projects

Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills

Fluent in English; Arabic, Hindi, or Russian is a plus

Comfortable using CRM tools (e.g., Bitrix) and managing team performance via data

Must have a valid UAE driving license
