Key Responsibilities :

Sales Strategy & Business Development :

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue and sales targets.
  • Identify new market opportunities and drive business growth across residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs), investors, and institutional clients.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to design and execute effective sales campaigns, promotional activities, and lead generation initiatives.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team, ensuring high performance and motivation.
  • Set sales targets, monitor performance, and implement improvement strategies when necessary.
  • Optimize the sales process, ensuring efficiency in client handling, negotiations, and deal closures.
  • Maintain an in-depth understanding of the Dubai real estate market, competitors, pricing strategies, and customer trends.

Client Relations & Stakeholder Management :

  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing top-tier client service and maintaining long-term relationships.
  • Develop partnerships with real estate brokers, agencies, and key stakeholders to expand sales channels.
  • Represent the company at networking events, exhibitions, and industry conferences.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis for senior management.
  • Ensure profitability and cost-effectiveness of sales operations while maintaining compliance with UAE real estate regulations.

Key Requirements :

  • Experience : At least 5 years in a leadership role in a Dubai-based real estate developer.
  • Market Knowledge : Strong understanding of Dubai’s real estate market, regulatory environment, and investor trends.
  • Leadership Skills : Proven ability to lead, motivate, and drive a high-performing sales team.
  • Network & Client Base : Established relationships with investors, brokers, and key stakeholders in the UAE.
  • Sales Expertise : Track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets for large-scale real estate projects.
  • Communication & Negotiation : Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Education : Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
  • Languages : Fluency in English is required; Chinese, Russian, French or other languages are a plus.
