Job description

The Sales Director will lead the sales operations for a leading real estate and property development company in Dubai. This strategic role drives sales growth, develops and implements sales strategies, and manages a high-performing team to achieve revenue targets. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in real estate sales management, an extensive network, and in-depth knowledge of the Dubai property market.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Formulate and implement effective sales strategies that align with the company’s overall business goals.
  • Identify market trends and customer needs to ensure competitiveness within the Dubai real estate market.
  • Drive business development efforts, identifying new market opportunities and ensuring consistent growth in market share.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to ensure the achievement of targets and KPIs.
  • Recruit, train, and retain top sales talent, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
  • Monitor sales metrics and KPIs, providing regular reports to senior management on performance and projections.
  • Organize training sessions for the sales team to enhance skills and product knowledge.
  • Oversee contract negotiations and ensure favorable terms for the company and clients.
  • Represent the company at industry events, networking functions, and trade shows to enhance brand visibility.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback and coaching.
  • Set clear sales targets, monitor progress, and implement corrective measures when necessary.
  • Ensure maximum profitability through effective pricing strategies and client negotiation.
  • Oversee key client relationships, negotiating and closing high-value deals with developers, investors, and individual buyers.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with existing and potential clients, ensuring long-term partnerships.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction, gathering feedback to enhance service offerings and address concerns.
  • Stay abreast of market trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes affecting the real estate sector.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasting and regular reports to senior management.
  • Work closely with marketing and finance teams to align sales efforts with the company’s branding and financial objectives.
  • Collaborate with the development team to ensure that sales strategies are aligned with the product offering and delivery timelines.
  • Partner with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and ensure a strong presence in the market.
  • Support after-sales and client service functions to ensure customer satisfaction post-purchase.

Key Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field; an MBA is preferred.
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of the Dubai real estate market and property development sector.
