About the Role:

Focus

  • Prospect and closenetnew customer deals in a portfolio of accounts across UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, and other GCC countries.

  • Develop and shape the overall deal strategy and structure to meet customer business outcome and goals.

  • Identify and close strategic up-selling opportunities by understanding clients’ core business needs as they scale.

  • Monitor regional AI and HPC initiatives and build long-term strategic account plans to support growth.

  • Attend industry events and represent the company at relevant AI, cloud, and digital government forums across the Middle East.

  • Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company’s unique selling propositions and differentiators.

  • Participate in cluster build outdiscussionsbasedon client needs with senior leadership, product, & engineering.

  • Willing to get hands dirty and proactively develop connections with prospects, including digital outreach, attending events and steering potential customers into and down the sales funnel.

  • Accurately manage and communicate monthly forecasts and pipeline.

  • Ability to travel <30% of the time.

About You

An ideal candidate meets at least the following requirements:

  • Located in Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates or Qatar

  • Demonstrated success in navigating complex enterprise or government sales cycles in the Middle East. Existing relationships with public or private organizations leading AI initiatives in the Middle East.

  • Fluent in Arabic and English, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

  • Experience working with ministries, sovereign wealth funds, or national R&D entities.

  • Exposure to AI/ML, HPC, or chip-level infrastructure sales (NVIDIA, AMD, Google TPU, etc.).

  • 5+ years of direct sales or business development in software, cloud or SaaS at a high growth technology start-up.

  • You have a strong desire to learn and can pick up new skills quickly and independently.

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to speak with C-level clients.

  • You believe that hard work is a prerequisite to success, and you are highly ambitious.

  • Strongquantitative skillsand negotiation ability.

  • Proven track record of exceeding revenue expectations.

  • BA/BS degree.
