About the Role: Focus
- Prospect and close new customer deals in a portfolio of accounts across UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, and other GCC countries.
- Develop and shape overall deal strategies to meet customer business outcomes and goals.
- Identify and close strategic up-selling opportunities by understanding clients’ core business needs as they grow.
- Monitor regional AI and HPC initiatives and develop long-term strategic account plans to support growth.
- Represent the company at industry events and relevant AI, cloud, and digital government forums across the Middle East.
- Utilize market and competitor knowledge to identify and develop the company’s unique selling propositions and differentiators.
- Participate in cluster build-out discussions based on client needs with senior leadership, product, and engineering teams.
- Be proactive in developing connections with prospects through digital outreach, attending events, and guiding potential customers through the sales funnel.
- Manage and communicate monthly forecasts and pipeline accurately.
- Willingness to travel as required.
About You
The ideal candidate meets at least the following requirements:
- Located in Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, or Qatar
- Proven success in navigating complex enterprise or government sales cycles in the Middle East, with existing relationships in AI initiatives within the region.
- Fluent in Arabic and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience working with ministries, sovereign wealth funds, or national R&D entities.
- Exposure to AI/ML, HPC, or chip-level infrastructure sales (NVIDIA, AMD, Google TPU, etc.).
- 5+ years of direct sales or business development experience in software, cloud, or SaaS at a high-growth technology startup.
- Strong desire to learn, quick to acquire new skills independently.
- Excellent communication skills, especially with C-level clients.
- Highly ambitious with a belief that hard work is key to success.
- Strong quantitative and negotiation skills.
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets.
