There is an opportunity to join this exciting mission, as we are looking to recruit a Sales Director to play a central role in our next stage of growth in the Middle East.
Here are some of the EXCITING things you will get to do (RESPONSIBILITIES):
- Support the development & execution of the Middle East Sales plan for both Shark & Ninja that deliver against business objectives including customer/product mix, market share, forecasting, gross/net sales, Gross margin £’s & % and EBITDA.
- Take responsibility to Identify and plan differentiated, sales strategies including distribution, implementation of retail marketing strategies and defining how we win with new and existing products/categories.
- Work within agreed Promotional (SOA) to ensure sales & margin targets are met making suggestions where necessary to drive market share.
- Building and executing the customer JBP’s in collaboration with the Marketing team
- Build, manage and coach a high performing Sales team.
- Help define an omni-channel strategy for the region
- Roll out marketing activation all retail channels including compliance with the Shark Ninja Selective Distribution Agreement and Brand Standards
- Develop (in conjunction with central teams) D2C and Amazon channels in a way which creates broader visibility and sales for Shark Ninja
- Work with the Regional Marketing Director to define and execute plans across the full marketing stack, ensuring product, price, place and promotion are all in the right place for your market
- Work with central operations to ensure transition of the region to a direct entity as appropriate
- Identify competitors and evaluate their strategies and positioning and devise counterstrategies in conjunction with Marketing.
- Support the EMEAD Managing Directorwith the daily, weekly & monthly trading rhythm of the business.
ATTRIBUTES & SKILLS (REQUIREMENTS):
- An obsessed with winning mentality
- 10 years + of working experience in a related field within the Middle East region at a leadership level with Consumer electronics.
- Fluent English and Arabic
- Team player personality.

- Ability to work in a global environment and understand structures and roles & responsibilities.
- Good level of presentation, written and verbal communication skills.
