Job summary

A leading AI cloud company is seeking a Sales Professional in Dubai to prospect new customer deals in the UAE and GCC countries. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in complex enterprise sales, be fluent in Arabic and English, and possess a proven track record of exceeding targets. This role requires travel and collaboration with clients at various levels.

About the Role : Focus

  • Prospect and close new customer deals across UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, and other GCC countries.
  • Develop and shape deal strategies to meet customer goals.
  • Identify and pursue up-selling opportunities by understanding clients’ core needs.
  • Monitor regional AI and HPC initiatives to support growth.
  • Represent the company at industry events in the Middle East.
  • Differentiate our offerings based on market and competitor insights.
  • Collaborate with leadership, product, and engineering on client needs.
  • Engage proactively with prospects through outreach and events.
  • Manage forecasts and pipeline effectively.
  • Travel up to 30% of the time.

About You

Ideal candidates will meet these requirements :

  • Based in Saudi Arabia, UAE, or Qatar.
  • Successful experience in complex enterprise or government sales in the Middle East.
  • Existing relationships with organizations leading AI initiatives.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English, with excellent communication skills.
  • Experience with ministries, sovereign funds, or R&D entities.
  • Exposure to AI / ML, HPC, or infrastructure sales (e.g., NVIDIA, AMD, Google TPU).
  • 5+ years in sales or business development in tech startups.
  • Fast learner and independent worker.
  • Strong communication with C-level clients.
  • Ambitious and hardworking.
  • Strong negotiation and quantitative skills.
  • Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
