Role Description

As a Sales Director (MENA), you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, leading high-performing teams, and expanding our market presence. You'll play a key role in shaping our regional operations, building strategic partnerships, and ensuring sustainable business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for the MENA region, considering market specifics and trends.
  • Lead, manage, and scale a high-performing sales team, ensuring the achievement of revenue targets.
  • Identify and build strong relationships with key clients and partners, driving long-term business success.
  • Conduct market analysis, monitor industry trends, and identify new growth opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Track and analyze key sales KPIs, providing regular performance reports to leadership.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, finance) to optimize customer experience and business outcomes.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of leadership experience in sales (preferably in crypto, fintech, or IT).
  • Deep understanding of the cryptocurrency and blockchain industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of building, managing, and motivating teams.
  • Proven success in exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
