Job Purpose

We are seeking a dynamic and commercially driven Sales Director to lead a high-potential business unit focused on Meeting Rooms, with a vision to scale into a $500M revenue stream. The role involves shaping and executing a transformative commercial strategy, driving performance across our network, brands, sales channels, and optimizing pricing.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
  • Build and execute a comprehensive commercial plan.
  • Develop go-to-market strategies including marketing, product positioning, and sales enablement.
  • Utilize meeting room offerings to increase re-bookings and cross-sell services.
  • Lead product performance reviews to drive revenue growth.
  • Identify new revenue streams from meeting rooms.
  • Achieve ambitious financial targets and scale the business to $500M.
  • Analyze and optimize customer journeys across channels.
  • Understand customer groups and channels for attraction and conversion.
  • Engage key decision-makers and build partnerships.
Cross-functional Collaboration
  • Partner with marketing, product, pricing, finance, and strategy teams.
Performance Management
  • Monitor KPIs and adapt strategies based on market feedback.
