A leading IT solutions provider is seeking a strategic Sales Director to oversee business development across the UAE and GCC regions. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in sales leadership, a strong portfolio of enterprise-level deals, and experience in delivering customer-centric IT solutions. Qualifications

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and strategic-thinking Sales Director with a strong background in system integrator companies operating in the UAE and GCC region. The ideal

candidate will have a proven track record in business development, account growth, and enterprise sales leadership. This role requires a customer-centric mindset, the ability to

understand client pain points, and the agility to deliver tailored, on-demand IT solutions. The Sales Director will lead a team of account managers and drive revenue by positioning

advanced IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud, networking, AI ,and managed service solutions to enterprise and government clients across the region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue and growth targets across the UAE and GCC markets.
  • Lead and mentor the sales team to identify, qualify, and close high-value opportunities with enterprise and public sector clients.
  • Build and maintain executive-level relationships with key clients, vendors, and technology partners.
  • Drive new business development initiatives by identifying market trends, emerging technologies, and customer needs.
  • Act as the voice of the customer internally, aligning solutions with business challenges and value creation.
  • Collaborate with pre-sales, delivery, and marketing teams to craft winning proposals and customer-focused solutions.
  • Oversee sales pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting using CRM tools.
  • Participate in key contract negotiations and strategic deals to ensure long-term partnership success.
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention by delivering value-driven engagement.
  • Represent the company in industry events, conferences, and partner engagements across the GCC.

Qualifications And Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or Engineering. MBA is preferred.
  • 10+ years of sales leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a system integrator company within the UAE/GCC.
  • Strong portfolio of enterprise-level deals and C-level relationships in both private and public sectors.
  • In-depth understanding of IT solutions such as infrastructure, networking, cloud, cybersecurity, and managed services.
  • Proven success in driving multi-million-dollar sales and expanding client accounts.
  • Exceptional leadership, team management, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to develop customer-specific solutions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus
