We are looking for a bold and transformative Sales Director to lead a team of Key Account Directors across the Gulf region. This leader will be responsible for driving sustained growth across strategic industries (Energy, Oil & Gas, Utilities, Telco, Manufacturing, Aerospace, and Defense). You will drive execution excellence, lead strategic engagements, and orchestrate large, complex multi-million-dollar wins while building a high-performance culture.
This is a highly hands-on role requiring courage, leadership, and precision.
What You’ll Do
- Build, lead, and inspire a team of Account Directors to consistently exceed targets
- Establish and drive the regional sales strategy aligned with industry focus areas
- Lead from the front — coaching, enabling, and getting personally involved in strategic pursuits
- Partner with GSIs and alliance partners to amplify IFS’s market impact
- Build deep, trusted relationships with CxOs across the Gulf region
- Create a winning culture of accountability, excellence, and customer-centricity
- Own pipeline generation, forecasting, territory planning, and team performance
- Shape and influence internal initiatives to enhance sales processes and capabilities
Qualifications
What You Bring
- Proven success leading high-performing enterprise sales teams in the Middle East (preferred)
- 10+ years of experience in leading enterprise software sales teams with consistent achievement of aggressive growth targets
- Expertise across strategic industries such as Energy, Oil & Gas, Utilities, Telco, Manufacturing, Aerospace, and Defense
- Demonstrated history of orchestrating complex, multi-million-dollar wins across strategic accounts
- Strong relationships with CxO and Board-level executives in the Middle East region
- Experience working with GSIs and alliance partners on complex pursuits
- High emotional intelligence, resilience under pressure, and the courage to challenge and inspire
- Bachelor’s Degree required; MBA preferred
