About the Role :

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Director to lead and develop our secondary-market sales team. With an existing team of 10 professionals, the Sales Director will have the opportunity to refine current processes, implement new strategies, and scale the team to achieve ambitious growth targets.
